To initiate a service project with The Virant Group, please email any high level information to sales@virant.com or call 651-688-2317 between 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. CST.
After some initial intake consulting (generally no charge) a Statement of Work (SOW) will be prepared. This document specifies requirements and services to be delivered at a very high level and includes the scope of work, list of deliverables, and acceptance criteria. The SOW also contains a good faith nonbinding estimated price for professional services. Project dates are not part of the SOW. The project will be scheduled once we receive an executed SOW and negotiated down payment.
