Services Pricing & Billing
Labor Rates
All projects are performed on a time and expense basis according to the current Rate Schedule. Fixed pricing is available for well defined projects.
Time and expense projects will be billed actual hours and invoiced monthly with Net 30 terms.
Fixed pricing projects will have progress payments based on milestones.
Out-of-Pocket Expenses
Labor rates do not include cost of airfare, cab fares, tolls, lodging, auto rental, local mileage, per diem, long distance telephone, photocopying, courier services, and other out of-pocket expenses. These are invoiced at actual cost for reimbursement.
Taxes
We only collect sales taxes for the State of Minnesota . You are responsible to directly pay all other applicable customs duties, sales, use, value added, excise, federal, state, local or other taxes.
Payment
Returned checks will be assessed a $25 fee.
