Client Portal Upgrades

The Virant Group will be upgrading Client Portals to Microsoft Windows SharePoint Services 3.0 from April 20 - May 1.
New Online Customer Support

The Virant Group has implemented a new support system. Customers will be able to access an entirely new support interface. This will include a new knowledgebase containing FAQs, product information, updates, and release information. The new ticketing system will allow customers to register and track support history. Combined, this system will allow us to get relevant information to users and respond to customers' needs faster.

Data Dictionary 6.4 to be Released Soon

The Data Dictionary for VISUAL Enterprise™ 6.4 is being prepared for printing and will be available for shipping on August 17th. Release 6.4 of VISUAL Enterprise™ is considered a major release in that it contains many cross-functional changes from the previous release. Because of the scope of the changes to the database an entire re-write of the Data Dictionary is required to support this release. Since the book has been rewritten from cover-to-cover we took the opportunity to incorporate many suggestions from the user community.
The Virant Group also announces the release of Reports Dictionary for VISUAL Enterprise™ 6.4. It will be ready to ship late this fall. Both of these new dictionaries can be ordered now and shipped when available.
V-Closer 2.0 Currently Available
