V-Ferret Subscription Agreement, Terms, and Conditions

DESCRIPTION OF THE SUBSCRIPTION SERVICE

The Virant Group, Inc. grants you a subscription for one year as a licensed end user of the V-Ferret software program. This subscription allows you to download additional tests which are developed on a quarterly basis at no additional cost. You will be notified through email. This subscription does not allow you to download new version releases of the parent software without paying an upgrade charge. You are responsible for any hardware, systems and/or software program(s) to run the V-Ferret software program.

REGISTRATION

To use the subscription, you must register and provide certain information including a member (user) name, a password and a valid email address. You agree to provide accurate registration data and to update your registration data as necessary to keep it accurate. The Virant Group, Inc. will use your registration data in accordance with our privacy policy, which can be reviewed here.

You agree that you will not allow others to use your member name and password and you are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your information. You agree to notify The Virant Group, Inc. immediately of any unauthorized use of your password. You agree you will not distribute, rent, loan, sell, sublicense or otherwise transfer or market any software program, extension, releases, ancillary product or ancillary services to any other person.

USE OF SERVICE, SOFTWARE, AND SUBSCRIPTION

All software programs, updates, and releases are protected by intellectual property laws and your use of them is governed by this agreement as well as any applicable end-user license agreements. The materials contain and/or comprise copyrighted or other proprietary subject matter, and your use of them is governed by this agreement and applicable law.

RENEWALS

Your subscription will automatically renew for another 12 months on your anniversary date at the then current renewal rate. You may cancel your subscription by notifying The Virant Group, Inc. in writing no later than 30 days prior to the expiration of your subscription. If your subscription is canceled and you wish to reinstate at a later time you may be required to agree to the then current subscription terms and conditions and you may be required to purchase at least both the then-current release and a subscription for that release and/or you may be subject to the payment of additional or other fees.
