QRP Interrogator opens report definitions (QRP files) and shows you the internal contents of the file including input items, formulas, variables, and report format information.

Benefits

• Eliminate the tedious task of drilling into each report definition line in Gupta Report Builder to examine or change formats
• Makes many report format changes quick and accurate

Limitations

This utility only reads and writes information stored in the QRP file and as such does not provide information on the source of the data within the database.  QRP files define the format and process some information with its built-in function set.  If you want that additional information on the origins of report data, check out our Reports Dictionary.

QRP Interrogator was last developed for VISUAL 6.3.8 with Gupta Report Builder 1.5 and there are no plans to continue development of this product. This product will not work with QRP files created or modified with newer versions of Report Builder. Support is no longer available for this product.
