What happens if I need information from two different dictionaries?
As long as the two dictionaries have common data that can be linked, then a Crystal Reports sub-report can be used.

Does eDictionary need to be installed onto every client that uses Crystal Reports?
No.  Only the client that is being used to create and modify reports needs to have eDictionary installed.

Does the Work Order dictionary also document the Engineering Masters and Quote Masters?
Yes.  Since all three are recorded in the same sets of tables.
